Requirements of Spiritual Leadership

1. Faithfulness
   Servants = slaves
   Managers = stewards
2. Pure motives
   What drives you? “Is it pleasing to the Lord?”
3. Humility
   “Who made you so superior?”
   “What do you have that you did not receive?”
   “Why do you boast as if you did not receive it?”
4. Willing to suffer
   Aim to hear, “Well done, good and faithful servant”
